Now power will be restored by late night.”It is notable that this power house supply power to half city and more than 15 villages including –Begawala, Rahimpur, Dharam Nagari, Kherki etc. When workers were engaged to repair the power house, a snake suddenly appeared on the scene, creating chaos there. The workers and officials of power corporation came out of the premise of power house and called forest workers to catch it.The snake was around 10 feet-long. Owing to this, power supply was disrupted. A 10-feet-long snake entered a power house in Bijnor leading to a chaos here even as the electricity department workers were repairing a connection here on Wednesday.

Hours long of search was done by the forest department officials but without any success.

Electricity connections remained snapped for the entire day due to the snake scare and officials say that electricity connections will return to normal only by Wednesday night.According to officials, repair work in Avas Vikas power was going on Wednesday.

Owing to this, power supply was disrupted.

It is to be restored by 3pm.
