TOURISM ON WHEELS
The Chhattisgarh Tourism Board to encourage youth of the state to take up ‘bicycle tourism and bicycle riding’ is organizing a two-day ‘Tourism on Wheels’ on the 6th and 7th of July, 2019 by conducting a trip from Raipur to Kurdur (80 kilometres). It is being organized with ‘Tour De Raipur, Bicycle Club’.
The bicycle ride will commence on July 6th at 9.00 am from Chhattisgarh Tourism Board Motel, Sargaon. The riders will make a trip through Sakri-bypass road (before Chhattisgarh High Court) touch Belgehna (Kota) to reach Kurdar at newly constructed tourism cottage.
The Chhattisgarh Tourism Board has been promoting ‘bicycle tourism’ among youth in the state along with spreading the message for conservation of natural resources. It has urged that those interested to participate in the event can register with Chhattisgarh Tourism Board Tourism Information Centre ‘Ghad Hatari’ at Mahant Ghasidas Museum, premises or can contact Tour De Raipur, Bicycle Club.
